Rules

Diet Rules:

- follow new point system
- no more than 300cals a day
- no sugar
- no milk
- no soy
- no chocolate
- no peanuts
- light exercise (do chores, dance)
1. Post weigh in at least once a day
2. No meat or dairy or gluten
3. Exercise at least once a day (15min-2hours) (TAE BO CHALLENGE)
4. Drink only water
5. No more than 300cals
6. (rice, chicken noodle soup, potatoes, apples, tuna, broccoli only)


DAY CHALLENGES
(taken from The 28 day plan )


- Monday Challenge: Celebrate Me! Give yourself a facial, take a bubble bath, get a few minutes to yourself, etc. Do something to make yourself feel good.
- Tuesday Challenge: Procrastinator's Anonymous: Everyone has something they're putting off - this is your chance to finally DO it.
- Wednesday Challenge: Random Act of Kindness Day. Commit a random act of kindness - give a compliment, be polite to a telemarketer, donate to charity - anything as long as it's nice!
- Thursday Challenge: Try It, You'll Like it! Do a new exercise, make a new recipe that looks good - expand your horizons!
- Friday Challenge: Fun Day! Blow bubbles, go to a movie, dance, be silly, have fun!
- Saturday Challenge: Cleaning out the Cobwebs: Clean something in your house that needs it.
- Sunday Challenge: This is a make-up day for all your other challenge days. If you missed a challenge, do it on Sunday. If not, just plan for the next week and take it easy.






Each day, you have to try and get as many points as possible. Determined by the point amount, you can get rewards!
Food:
Water/fast (6 pts)
1-150 calories(4 pts)
151-300 calories(3 pts)
301-500 calories(2 pts)
500-800 calories(1 pt)
801-1200 calories(0 pts)
Binge worthy amount (-2 pts)

Nutrition:
Took diet pills (1 pt. 2pt day max)
Took vitamins, psych meds (1 pt)
Has at least 1-3 fruit/veggie servings (1 pt)
Had milk products, bread/flour, greasy food (-1 pt for each food)
Drank 40-80 oz water (1 pt)
Drank 80+ oz water (2 pts)

Exercise:
None (-2 pt)
Less than 15 minutes (-1 pt)
15-30 minutes (2 pt)
Walk/bike to class (2 pt)
Do chores (1 pt)

Beauty/Etc:
Whiten teeth, do nails, hair treatment (1 pt)
Work on ED scrapbook (.5 pt)
Go driving (.5 pt)
Get an A on an assignment (.5)
Finish a book (.5 pt)

Reward :
less than 5 = no reward, you failed
5-9 = buy yourself a little something, or take thee day off housework
10 or higher = put a check on piece of paper. 10 checks will get you one bigger treat, like hairdye, outfit, etc
