Tips and Reminders

Tips to lose weight:

1.    Drink lots of water (2.5l- 84oz) the more you drink, the more you lose. You’ll be fuller
2.    Drink a glass of cold water before bed
3.    Drink glass of cold water when you first wake up
4.    Take fiber, it makes you feel fuller. Take one around 7:00 to prevent nighttime munchies
5.    Take diet pills
6.    Take Acai berries
7.    Take kelp pills, they boost metabolism
8.     Take Green Tea Extract, it also boosts metabolism
9.     Walk 10-15minutes each day
10.     Dress thin and notice how much weight you need to lose
11.     Make many small goals to achieve a big one
12.     Gradually add new rules to your list, regarding food intake
13.     Sleep- reduces appetite. Make sure you get 6 hours of sleep or more, if not your metabolism drops by 15%
14.     Sleep on an empty stomach

27.     Stay cold, drink cold, wear clothes that you’ll be colder in
28.     Competition is great motivation. Find an Ana Buddy, or compete with your lowest weight
29.     As soon as you wake up, do 50 sit-ups to raise your metabolism
30.     Interestingly enough, lack of sleep stimulates appetite but burns more cals
31.     Try to stay away from the kitchen as much as possible
32.     Keep a stack of books or magazines that weigh the same amount as you and remove the same amount of weight you lose
33.     If you plateau, change up your exercise routine
34.     Wait to eat a second food for 20 minutes and after drinking tons of water
35.     Drink WARM water between bites. DON’T DRINK COLD WATER WITH MEALS- it slows the digestive system down
